What is this?
You are looking at the list of properties (e.g. biological activity) for which there are data series stored in the Open QSAR database.
The Discovery Bus automatically generates predictive QSAR models for these data series.
Each row of the table below describes a data series. Each data series in characterised by:
- A data series ID number
- A short name characterising the biological target, e.g. HIV-1 P ("human immunodeficiency virus-1 protease")
- The type of activity/property measurement made, e.g. IC50
- If relevant, the species that the target came from, e.g. human
- The number of different compounds whose biological activity was measured (hence, the number of "data points" available)
- The numerical range of compound activities in the data series
- The source of the data series, e.g. the WOMBAT database
- The date the data series was submitted to The Discovery Bus for processing
- The number of Discovery Bus QSAR models currently available
For any data series, click on the View Models button
to view all the models that have been generated for that series.
